Challenge

The main challenges were to effectively introduce these premium pet food brands to the existing customer base and attract new customers, while overcoming the issue of poor previous ad design. The goal was to create compelling ads that resonate with pet owners and encourage them to explore and purchase products from Royal Canin, Hills, and Ziwipeak.

Solution

To address this challenge, a strategic and creative approach was implemented, focusing on the following key areas:

1. Creative Ads: Designed visually appealing and engaging ads that highlight the unique benefits of Royal Canin, Hills, and Ziwipeak, capturing the attention of pet owners.

2. Social Media Campaigns: Leveraged social media platforms to promote the brands, using targeted posts, stories, and videos to reach a wider audience.

3. Engagement Content: Created interactive and relatable content that resonates with pet owners, showcasing how these brands can improve their pets' health and well-being.

4. Call-to-Action: Incorporated clear and compelling calls to action in the ads, encouraging audiences to visit the website and explore products from Royal Canin, Hills, and Ziwipeak.

5. Multi-Stage Ads: Designed ads that guide audiences through the awareness, engagement, and call-to-action stages, ensuring a seamless and effective promotional journey.

Result

Paid Social: Avg. CTR > 1.7% (Benchmark CTR 0.5%~0.7% before upgrade the design)
