Worked as a developer and project manager to create an eCommerce website and app featuring a loyalty program, guiding the project from inception to completion.

Managed eStore operations, which included sourcing and launching new products, overseeing logistics and customer service flows, handling fulfillment methods, managing contracts, executing marketing strategies, and coordinating promotions and communications.

Challenge

The main challenge is to develop an e-commerce website and app that provides a seamless shopping experience for customers. The platform needs to be visually appealing, user-friendly, and capable of handling a diverse product catalog. Additionally, it should support efficient inventory management, secure payment processing, effective marketing strategies, and a robust logistics flow to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.

To effectively tackle these challenges, the following steps have been outlined:
