As the Project Manager for the web revamp, the role involves developing a project plan, collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams, and managing timelines and budgets. Responsibilities also include facilitating stakeholder communication, overseeing quality assurance to meet usability and conversion goals, and coordinating the go-live strategy along with post-launch evaluations.

The primary challenge was to redesign the online store in a way that streamlines navigation, improves aesthetics, and boosts conversions. This required a careful balance between functionality and visual appeal, ensuring that the new design not only looks great but also performs effectively in driving sales.

To address these challenges, I implemented several key strategies:

1. Enhance User Experience: The navigation and layout were streamlined to make it easier for customers to find products and information. This included simplifying menus, improving search functionality, and ensuring that key information is easily accessible.

2. Improve Aesthetics: The visual design was updated to reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to our target audience. This involved using modern design elements, cohesive color schemes, and high-quality images that resonate with pet owners.

3. Boost Conversions: Page elements such as calls-to-action, product displays, and checkout processes were optimized to increase sales. Clear and compelling calls-to-action were placed strategically throughout the site, product displays were enhanced to showcase items effectively, and the checkout process was streamlined to reduce friction and encourage purchases.
